Membership Details
Club packages & subscriptions are billed on the first day of the month, including applicable tax and shipping costs. Wine may only be purchased by and delivered to persons who are 21 years of age or older. Benefits are non-transferable; limit to two (2) people per membership. Lorimar Winery reserves the right to change member privileges, event dates, club structure, or special shipping arrangements at any time without notification.
Limit of one (1) complimentary premium wine tasting or glass of wine, beer, sangria, etc.. per person, per day – on the day you complete your enrollment form up to 2 can be used. Not available after winery is closed for standard operation or during special/ticketed events. Cannot be combined with other discounts or offers. See individual Club for details.
Outside food and drinks are not permitted on property. Club packages and previously purchased Lorimar wine can be opened by a Lorimar Server and consumed on property for a corkage fee per bottle (Corkage fee does not apply to Symphony or Tenor Club). Please ask your server for details.
The Primary Member on the account is responsible for billing and commitment responsibilities. The Secondary Member must reside at the same address as the Primary Member to share the member benefits. The birthday bonus applies to the Primary member’s birth month in accordance with the date of birth listed on the enrollment form.
Pick Up Members – We encourage members to pick up their club packages during their pick up/shipment month. Your wines will be available for pick up at Lorimar Winery on the first day of the pick up/shipment month. Club packages will be shipped after 45 days of billing date if not picked up; shipping charges will apply.
Shipping Members – Club Packages are shipped via UPS, who will attempt to deliver 3 times before sending it back to Lorimar Winery. To have the package re-shipped, please email wineclub@lorimarwinery.com, where a new fee will be applied.
Canceling Membership – Memberships may be cancelled after your commitment has been fulfilled (see individual club for details). Any cancellations prior to the commitment term will result in a $75 fee. Once your commitment has been fulfilled, cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to wineclub@lorimarwinery.com a minimum of 30 days prior to the next billing cycle.
